i bet scalia and thomas are LIVID. they've been rolling civil rights law back for years with the help of the eleventh amendment, and all of a sudden they lose their majority? ouch.
it's a narrow margin, but a nice victory nonetheless. i'll probably write more on this one as soon as the office is less hoppin'.
