it is sunny today, and maybe sort of kind of almost approaching warm, as well. everything is VERY GREEN. it's lovely.
which brings me to the most irritating thing about life in the Real World, or at least my little section of the real world: back in college, on a day like this, it was at least moderately plausible to plead for "class outside today...maybe in the amphitheatre?" but it doesn't work so well to ask for "law firm outside today...maybe in the parking lot." sigh.
on another law-related note, i find that when i am working on sexual orientation discrimination cases, i will consistently read the word "hereto" (as in, "the document attached hereto") as "hetero," thereby causing myself lots of confusion and double takes. just thought you'd all like to know.
