happy easter!
the last twenty four hours have been incredibly music-ful and therefore extremely lovely. first julie's recital last night (schubert, debussy, purcell and barber my favorites, though it was all amazing), then the choral eucharist at trinity this morning (with "i know that my redeemer liveth" at the offertory). aaaaah...and then, feeling in good voice, i practiced "case of you" for half an hour before, and two hours during, grapevine rehearsal this evening.
in no-longer-lent news, i ate ice cream with lunch, laurel took me to krispy kreme in the afternoon, and i'm heading for amanda's chocolate party at ten. it's a good thing we episcopalians tend to wink at the seven deadly sins, because my precipitous, though short-lived, descent into the world of gluttony has really been quite impressive.
also, i promise to post something about the actual world relatively soon.
