worthy cause

i know. it's not darfur or iraq or a tsunami or even the usual sort of boring, grinding american poverty. but it is its own individual tragedy. perhaps you'd like to shell out a couple of dollars. i would share with you my own stories of inadequate grad school health plans, but ours is OK in the scheme of things, except for my teeth. that is the exception, rather than the rule, though.

p.s. i only had single digits of dollars to give today, but lots of single digits can add up.
