study sessions for this exam are now scheduled. the exam itself is four weeks from today. on the whole, scary but doable. the only question is whether i'll be able to prep for the exam, finish a paper from spring and write up my research assistance project all at the same time. (answer: no, but you'll try anyway, you fool.)
