jobs numbers for february came out today...only 21,000 new jobs created last month, which is roughly a sixth to a quarter of the number needed to talk about a "recovery." the unemployment rate remained steady, largely because people stopped looking for work. and the january job gains were revised down to 97,000.

WHERE is this economic recovery the bushies are talking about?
