AWESOME. the *more* conservative of the two CA judges hearing gay-marriage stays this week announced that there would be no immediate halt to the marriages. it was an easy ruling, actually. try this -- which rights are more violated? the voting rights of the californians who voted for an unconstitutional proposition, or the actual couples who stand to lose their chance at matrimony?
like i said, easy.
