grapevine in vassar!

...getting hit on by sketchy vassar accidentals. eeew. no, just kidding, they were fine. we heard they had a reputation of attempting to hook up with women from visiting a cappella groups, but frankly i think the part where they put us in a skanky basement lounge for the night pretty much did away with that possibility. too bad...there was definitely an intra g'vine conversation about how we would have hooked up with them if they hadn't been trying so hard. alas.

oh yeah, and the concert was cool. we only did four songs (no tempted solo for me), but they were very well-received--to the extent they were even audible. whatever, it was a big room.

in other news, statistics is sucking the life out of me. i handed in the problem set this morning, finally, after staying up until 4.30 avoiding my life--first cookies and milk and buffy on the computer with kt and tiff and daniel, then just hanging out in my room. and all that was very nice, but didn't make me any better at the theoretical math. oh yeah, and i got rejected from the marshall scholarship today. whatever.
